  • Spiritual Bath

    Masaru Emoto’s book, The Power of Water talks about the effects and power that water has on us. Our bodies are made up primarily of water and it is a great conductor of energy.

    There are a few ways to prepare it. You can scoop with the black bamboo spoon provided with your herbal bath and put 3 spoonfuls in the cheesecloth bag to keep the herbs from going down your drain or possibly staining your tub. You can also put the herbs in a pot of boiling water then strain the herbs off and add the herbal liquid to your bath and if you are not worried about your tub, you can add the herbs directly to your tub.


    It is best to take this particular bath in the morning and to spend at least 20 minutes soaking in the water. For a positive bath, you want to move the water upwards as you wash yourself. As well, concentrate on what you are manifesting and say prayers.
